Princess Crosby played hockey last night. And as expected, a lot of bullshit came from him. Taking multiple runs at Ryan McDonagh towards the end of the game. Got McDonagh with two elbows up high and a stick under the visor.
He’s easily one of the dirtiest/cheap players in the game. He of course starts a fight at the final buzzer when the game was finished and his minion Chris Kunitz comes in blindsiding Moore and taking him to the boards. Patrick Hornqvist (who I liked when he was in Nashville) has turned into a complete joke, as did James Neal when he went to Pittsburgh. Hornqvist had Hagelin in a headlock for about 20 seconds on the ice and Crosby was being detained by a ref.
We’ve already had a post recently about the distaste for Princess Crosby but how is this kid the face of the NHL? He’s not even a kid anymore. He’s 27 year old man who I wouldn’t even want an autograph from. Night in and night out whining and complaining to referees, diving. For a guy who has missed a significant amount of hockey already in his career due to concussion, he sure likes target player’s heads to deliberately hurt them.
Maybe McDavid will have some class by the time he plays 9 seasons in the NHL.
Game was over the second Getzlaf took a sick pass from Perry and one-timed it passed Hank for the 1-0 lead. Stupid ass Joe on the telecast would have you believe that it was simply a sick move by Perry but how bout look at the actual play bro: 0 defensive zone coverage. For a system that’s supposedly man on man in your own zone both offenders not only went unmolested but the boys in white were grossly out of position, and have been in all four matches in the early goings here. Girardi and McDonagh look pedestrian at best thus far. Del Zotto looks no different and that’s not a compliment. Maybe playin golf and chillin on the beach wasn’t the best way to go about training camp and the early part of the season, just a thought.
Alain better figure shit out fast.
Christ its 2 games in and already Cally gets sticked in the face by Kopitar last night, has emergency dental work done (obviously doesn’t miss much of the game), McDonagh took the pill to the chops in Phoenix, Pyatt with a puck to the grill on his first shift last night, and of course Staal commin back from the gruesome puck to eye last March. how bout lets not put our grills in the mix that much? At this rate someone will be beheaded before the home opener. That’s bad for your health I hear.
Well if you’re a Ranger fan you’re probably very happy with the team’s performance tonight. They came out hard on the puck, pressured LA into turnovers and capitalized on chances even 200 feet away from the net. Brad Richards netted two and continues his strong start to the season and Ryan McDonagh got the insurance goal to put the team up 3-1 shorthanded when he fired the puck off the boards down the ice to what would be a routine play for a goalie like Quick, goes paddle down, puck bounces off his blocker and into the cage. That shit’s gonna be all over ESPN tomorrow dude good job. From one American to Another…don’t do that shit in the olympics this year because there are alot more Americans in this world than LA Kings fans alright buddy. So let’s call a spade a spade.
Like I said, if you’re a Ranger you have to be happy with the teams bounce back performance after that shit turnout in Phoenix last week. As a Ranger fan, it was shitty to watch because I think Phoenix sucks and I wish Shane Doan would just retire because he’s terrible.
With that being said, with Callahan back and the team settling into their new system I can’t help it but……
Ryan McDonagh has agreed to a 6 year deal worth $28.2 million.
Lotta loot. Montreal probably feels dumb.
Regardless, Rangers have one of the strongest and youngest Defensive core in the league and as a Ranger fan win me a cup now.
Also, there is no reason why every Ranger fan shouldn’t have this on repeat alllllllll yad bro:
